Resolution

The current pandemic makes it all the more necessary for the federal government to tighten restrictions on immigration.

For the affirmative:

Mark Krikorian is Executive Director of the Center for Immigration Studies and author of The New Case Against Immigration.

For the negative:

Bryan Caplan is a professor of economics at George Mason University and author of the graphic book, Open Borders: The Science and Ethics of Immigration.
