Terence Kealey is a British biochemist and historian of science and economics. He is the former vice-chancellor of the University of Buckingham and the author of The Economic Laws of Scientific Research and Sex, Science and Profits: How People Evolved To Make Money. He is an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute, where he published the recent white paper, Mission Lost: How NIH Leaders Stole Its Promise to America.
For the negative:
Jeffrey Flier is an endocrinologist and an award-winning researcher on the causes of obesity and diabetes. He is a Harvard University distinguished service professor and the Higginson professor of physiology and medicine at Harvard Medical School. He was the 21st dean of the faculty of medicine at Harvard University and served as a clinical associate at the National Institutes of Health.
